Der Deckel der Box ist mit einem Filter aus imprägnierter Aktivkohle ausgestattet, die Ethylengas absorbiert und bindet. Der erhöhte Korbeinsatz sorgt für eine gute Luftzirkulation und die im Deckel integrierte Belüftungsöffnung lässt sich verstellen, um optimale Luftfeuchtigkeit für verschiedenes Obst und Gemüse zu gewährleisten. Sie können den Korb auch herausnehmen und ihn als Sieb zum Waschen von Salat, Mohrrüben, Zucchini und mehr verwenden. Die Aktivkohlefilter können nachgekauft werden.
